Our repeat customer called us to replace all the window screens in his Pacific Coast Highway streetfront summer Malibu mega-compound. The property features a monolithic main house with nearly 14,000 square feet of living space alongside three wee guesthouses.This project is in the beginning stages. As most remodeling is taking place, do to the fires, we began fabrication and installation on some parts of the summer home. With a towering driveway gate and many room and villa additions, zigzagging staircase leads down the cliff and different parts of the complex. We started installation in one of the three guest homes, massage villa and cabana villa sequestered behind an immense hedgerow by the ocean cliif. All the window screens will be done with different size arquitectural bronze frames and gauges and Phifer UltraVue excellent visibility. Work will be done on-site and custom made to precision. All the screen doors will be added later.

Our Customer and friend called to have the front screen doors and window screens replaced. We installed Model Tahoe 3500 in white powder coated and oven baked, heavy duty extruded aluminum hinged screen doors.
It has a heavy duty expanded small pattern metal grill built-in on the bottom half to protect the fiberglass screen mesh from pets and children. Also has a diamond embossed kick-plate, extruded push bars and pneumatic closer and latch. It is a beautiful door and it comes in 6 different powder coated colors
