For pet problems we recommend pet screen which is 7 times thicker than regular screening. Generally, some screen frames are still in good condition, therefore do not need to be replaced, but the screen mesh is in bad condition. They may have tears, holes or are peeling.
In brief, many screens are fabricated by the manufacturer of the window companies and are made with plastic corners. We use heavy duty aluminum inserted corner on a miter cut frame. Therefore, these plastic parts will become very week by the sun beating on them season after season and will eventually start cracking.
For the most part, It is hard to know sometimes which ones are already cracked or not, in this case I will point them out. Nevertheless, If you are on a tight budget, consider looking for screen frames that don’t have any dents, cracks are bent or have cracked plastic corners, in this case, you can change the screen mesh, in short rescreen them.
I will do a walk around your home and afterward, give you my advise if some of them really need replacing or only need new screen mesh.
